For implementation of subparagraphs 1, 3 of paragraph 2 of Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine from March 28, 2021 № 1742 "On approval of the plan of basic
Actions for Civil Defense for 2022", pursuant to paragraph 142 of paragraph 4 of the
Regulations on the Ministry of Defense and Natural Resources of Ukraine,
approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 25
2020 № 614,
hereby decree:
1. To approve the plan of basic measures of civil protection of the Ministry of
of the Ministry of Defense and Natural Resources of Ukraine for 2022 (hereinafter - the Plan).
2. To the heads of enterprises, plants and organizations belonging to the sphere of
management of Mindovkill, as well as the business partnership, for which they are responsible.
The Mіndovkіlle manages the corporate rights of the state:
1) make plans of civil protection for 2022 taking into account the Plan,
approved by this decree;
2) Take measures for high-quality preparation and comprehensive improvement of
of civil protection at subsidiary facilities;
3) Provide for the financing of tasks and actions of civil protection
According to the Civil Defense Code of Ukraine;
4) to ensure:
readiness to act upon the appointment in case of threat of occurrence or impact.
The occurrence of emergencies;
Implementation of measures for the accumulation, use and renewal of reserves
material resources for liquidation of emergency situations of natural
of technogenic nature;
5) Organize execution of the Plan in accordance with the competence and submit it to the
Sector for mobilization and civil protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
On the progress of implementation of the Plan: for the first twenty-four hours - until June 25, 2022,
for the year - until September 25, 2023.

3. Mobilization and Civil Protection Sector (Vyacheslav Marko)
Ensure that the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine submits:
1) information on the status of implementation of the plan of the main measures of civil protection
Protection Plan for 2022 in the first half of the year - until June 12, 2022, for the year - until
10 February 2023;
2) proposals to the draft plan of the basic measures of civil protection for
2023 - by June 12, 2022.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order
